Arvind Karwan

Arvind has been a committed youth program volunteer at Crossroads for six years. His dedication and leadership is an example for new volunteers. Over the years, Arvind has tirelessly worked with residential youth in group and one-on-one settings as well as, designed and initiated Crossroads' Safe Pals program. Throughout his years of service, Arvind has brought energy, compassion, and new ideas to the youth program and we hope he sticks around for another six!
